Annual Meeting Rescheduled for 7:00 pm, Feb 12, 2019

The Annual Meeting, scheduled for February 4, 2019 could not be held because a quorum of 10% of the HOA membership was not present as required by the Declaration and Bylaws. Therefore the Annual Meeting was adjourned until 7:00 pm, Tuesday, Feb 12, 2019 at which time the reconvened meeting will take place at Southgate Baptist Church Family Life Center, 740 SW 4th St, Moore. Whatever members are present at the reconvened Annual Meeting on Feb 12, 2019 shall constitute a quorum.
